CREDITS

Applying the Slow Food philosophy, we decided to “grow our own” website!

John van Waterschoot learnt how to drive the web page software, arranged the domain and hosting, and built the site.

Clive Huggan did the graphic design, research and writing.

The Canberra Institute of Technology (Department of Culinary Skills) provided the photo of George Calombaris's salmon serve on the "Who are the 4Cs?" page and the banner on the front page.

Clive Huggan, Carolyn Ho and Annette Parker took the remaining photographs.

The subjects for the banner on the front page were provided by the Canberra Institute of Technology, Allsun Farm, Gilles Bonin & Victoria Clutterbuck, Hilary Huggan, and Gail Winnett.

Slow Food in Italy provided the Università di Scienze Gastronomiche logotype on the “Benefits” page.
